I warmed up with the static exercises. I could only do 10 seconds of elbow levers.

Total time 5:30.

100lbs bar 60 reps on 20 minute clean and press.

BW 135.

You have a great site and great workouts. Between the regular Crossfit, Coach Rut, and Crossfit Sedona, there is always a workout that fits my mood and also fits into my bicycle training plan.
